The Treasury and Public Debt Management Agency (IGCP, E.P.E.) officially announces, in accordance with Article 15 of Law 8/2012, the status of the existing multiannual commitments, as well as the overdue payments and receipts.
Additionally, pursuant to item i), paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the IGCP statutes, the agency is tasked with the management of the Public Debt Restructuring Fund (FRDP). It is important to note that the statutes governing the FRDP explicitly prohibit the inclusion of suppliers.

Under the terms of item i), no. 1 of article 5 of the statutes of the Agency for the Management of Treasury and Public Debt - IGCP, E.P.E., it is responsible for managing the Public Debt Regularization Fund - FRDP, thus stating that the Statutes of the FRDP do not allow for the presence of suppliers.
