Personal data update

Updating personal identification data is mandatory, so it is important to make sure that the personal data in your Savings Account is up to date.

Having accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal data is essential to avoid the risk of prescription of funds held by the IGCP, which cannot be paid in the absence of updated information.

Your cooperation is, therefore, very important.

If you need to make any updates (for example: name, residential address, profession, employer), you must go in person to CTT - Correios de Portugal ,or to the following Citizen's Shops with the necessary supporting documents.
