Municipal Fees

The publication of  Decree-Law No 10/2024, of January 8, initiated the reform and simplification of licensing in the context of urban planning, land use regulation, and industry.

The payment of fees related to urban operations will have to be made electronically, through the adoption of the unique collection document (DUC), managed by IGCP and using the Payment Platform of the Public Administration, managed by AMA, I.P.
