AforroNet
The AforroNet service is a digital channel that allows IGCP clients to conduct the following services online:
- consult your portfolio;
- request to subscribe retail products;
- request for redemption of products in your portfolio..

How do I join AforroNet?
1. Joining AforroNet requests the fulfilment of the following requirements:
- You must hold a savings account in which you have registered, among other personal data:
- tax number;
- tax address.
- The account must always be opened at a CTT shop or at Banco BiG if you are already their customer.
Provided the above conditions are met, you can access the ‘Join’ option the following day and start the process to join AforroNet.
2. After entering the data requested in the ‘Join’ option, you will receive the AforroNet access code/password in your email address or, failing that, to your tax address.
3. As soon as you receive the access code/password, you must activate your AforroNet user using the ‘Activation’ option and you will have immediate access to the IGCP online branch (the daily statement will only be visible on the following working day).

Available Features
Subscription Request
After registering a subscription request, a receipt is issued indicating the Entity, Reference and Amount, so that you can make the payment through ATMs or via Homebanking, using the Payments/Payment of Services/Purchases option.
Subscription requests are not accepted without prior registration of the IBAN for credits.
Redemption Request
After registering a redemption request, a receipt is issued, which can also be obtained in the “Consultations – Redemption Requests” option.
When the request is accepted by the central system, the receipt proving the redemption will be made available within 3 business days.
Redemption requests are made exclusively to the IBAN registered in AforroNet.
To cancel a redemption request, if it is in the “Pending” status, you can do so through the “Cancel Redemption Requests” option.
Electronic Statement
After activating the service, you will automatically be able to subscribe to the Account Statement in digital format, having monthly access to the periodic statement. In addition, you can check the daily valuation of your entire Savings Certificate portfolio and Treasury Certificate portfolio.
Queries
In addition to checking your daily and monthly statement, you can also view the status of subscription requests and redemption requests made on AforroNet, access receipts relating to subscriptions and redemption receipts for dematerialized products made on it.
Messages
You can send and receive messages via AforroNet.
Savings Products
IGCP is the Entity that manages Savings Products.
These Products are debt instruments, distributed at retail, created with the aim of capturing household savings. Thus, they are made available to savings customers through entities contracted for this purpose by IGCP:
