The Republic of Portugal (Baa3(positive)/ BBB (positive)/ BBB (positive) / BBBH (Stable)) returned to the EUR long-term international capital markets with a € 5 billion syndicated issue of its new 7 year benchmark OT 0.7%  due 15 October 2027.
