IGCP, E.P.E. is an obliged entity regarding Law No. 83/2017, of August18, (prevention of ML/TF), as well as to Law No. 97/2017, of August 23 (restrictive measures adopted by the United Nations or the European Union and establishes the penalties applicable to infringements of these measures).

In what concerns compliance with AML/CTF laws, the IGCP, E.P.E. is under the supervison of Inspeção-Geral de Finanças (Inspectorate-General of Finance).
